Fused Glass Jewelry Workshop

Gorgeous fused-glass jewelry makes stunning and unique gifts… but we won’t tell anyone if you want to keep them all for yourself!  Join Instructor Suzanne Balestri for this amazing class and learn the process of designing and creating fused glass pendants, rings, bracelets, earrings, cuff links, and even belt buckles! You will be guided in how to form a channel between layers of glass to allow for a chain for pendants or wire for earrings.  Suzanne will also teach you about high-fire wire that can be embedded in the glass to create hooks as well as how to adhere your art to leather or metal backings, allowing you for spectacular design possibilities! Each student will have up to 10 square inches of space in the kiln to create several pieces.  

Note:  There is a $15 (cash only) materials fee due at the workshop.

Class fee includes: pre-workshop instructional videos, all glass, equipment, and kiln firing of several pieces. Jewelry findings for up to 3 items is also included, but additional findings, chains, cording, and leather for bracelets and belts will also be available for cash purchase.
