Wall Pocket Vase Workshop

  • Fallbrook School of the Arts 310 East Alvarado Street Fallbrook, CA, 92028 United States (map)

Adorn your walls, windows, and even fences with cheerful pocket vases created by your own hands. These water-tight vases are wonderful to cradle flower cuttings, dried flowers, herbs, incense sticks, or just left plain. You will be shown how to use thick fiber paper to create the form for the “pocket” of your vase and how to embed the chain hooks within your design. You will be guided as needed in glass cutting techniques and design considerations. Make one or two wall vases (approximately 4"x 7"/each). Bring your mom, daughter, or a friend! Beginners welcome! Space is limited.

$85 per student - includes all materials and one kiln firing. Students may opt to create a different project of their choice with prior approval.

Your project will be fired in the school kiln and ready to pick up within a week. If you are not local, other arrangements can be made to get your kiln-fired project to you.
